Delete Account

You can request account deletion directly within the ApexCam app settings or by following the instructions below.

1. Send a Request

To ensure the security of your data, account deletions are processed manually. Please contact our support team from the email address associated with your account.

2. Provide Information

Include your full name and any relevant details (such as your organization) in your email. To protect your account, we may verify your identity before completing the deletion request.

Data Deletion Details

When you request account deletion, we will permanently delete the following data associated with your account:

  • Account information (name, email, profile details)
  • Recorded videos and playback data
  • Snapshots and media files
  • Location and tracking data
  • Any associated device or usage data

All data will be permanently deleted from our systems within 7 days of processing your request. Some limited information may be retained if required for legal or security purposes.

Note: If your account is managed by your organization, please contact your administrator before requesting deletion.
